Accordingly, all employees in the company have the right to register initiatives and initiatives that help save over 3.5 million VND or more are rewarded in cash.
In particular, female workers also have their own regimes, such as: being able to take a 10-minute break from eating 10 minutes early during pregnancy from the 18th week; being supported with allowances when having young children to go to the nursing home; being given 30 minutes off/day (maximum 3 days/month) during menstruation... With the timely direction of the superior Trade Union, along with regularly innovating the content and methods of operation, proving the indispensable position and role of the Trade Union organization in building harmonious labor relations..., the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has gradually persuaded the Company's Board of Directors to trust and accept the application of many preferential regimes.
In reality, this not only contributes to minimizing arising conflicts, but also strengthens confidence so that employees can work with peace of mind in a spirit of dedication and creativity, making the company's production activities more effective.
With this practical approach, the Trade Union of Apache Vietnam Shoes Company Limited was recognized by the Dong Thap Provincial Federation of Labor as a typical example in caring for employees and selected as a presentation on the topic "Solution for the Trade Union to participate with employers in implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations" at the 1st Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 as a way to share experiences to spread the work of caring for employees in depth, effectively and practically with many provisions with higher benefits than the law.
