EL TS Vina Co., Ltd. (Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Phu Tho Province) is a 100% Korean-invested enterprise, currently with 233 union members.
In recent years, the grassroots trade union has always promoted its role as a representative, caregiver and defender of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; at the same time, closely coordinating with business leaders to build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
The lives and incomes of workers have been constantly improved, with an average income of 10 million VND/person/month and a shift meal of 25,000 VND/meal.

In 2025, in addition to the 13th month salary, the enterprise also deducted a revenue bonus, each worker was rewarded with an equivalent of 1 month's salary, contributing to encouraging working spirit and long-term attachment to the enterprise.
The grassroots trade union also coordinated to implement a policy to support raising children under 6 years old at the rate of 100,000 VND/child/month, creating conditions for workers to work with peace of mind.
Promoting the achieved results, the Congress of the Trade Union of EL TS Vina Company Limited agreed on the direction for the 2025-2030 term to continue innovating the content and methods of operation; improving the quality of caring for the material and spiritual life of union members; fully implementing the programs and movements launched by the higher-level union.

Attending and directing the Congress were representatives of the leaders of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province. After the Congress, the working group directly visited the factory, grasped the production and business situation, visited the lives, jobs, income and working conditions of workers at EL TS Vina Co., Ltd.
The leaders of the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho province acknowledged and highly appreciated the effective coordination between the grassroots Trade Union and the enterprise leaders in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
At the same time, he hoped that the grassroots trade union would continue to promote its role as a bridge, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
