The company also creates conditions for employees to participate in short-term and long-term training courses to improve their skills, technical expertise, and political theory to perfect their abilities.
With more than 17,000 employees, at TKG Teakwang Can Tho Company Limited, the content of the Collective Labor Agreement is also implemented, helping union members and employees enjoy many benefits. Along with provisions that are beneficial to employees related to wages, bonuses, allowances, subsidies, shift meals, holidays, etc., the Executive Board of the Trade Union also regularly proposes to the company's leaders to organize entertainment, cultural and sports activities to encourage the spirit of employees and employees.
Most recently, during the peak period to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and after the Lunar New Year holiday, the company and the Executive Board of the Trade Union coordinated with Song Hong Tan Company Limited to organize activities such as Trade Union Meal, Special Meal, lucky draw with many attractive gifts for members and employees.

To do this well, in addition to proposing and taking advantage of the attention of the company's leaders, listening to the thoughts and aspirations of members and employees is the top priority of our Trade Union Executive Board" - Ms. Thoang said.

Mr. Giao said that he will grasp the thoughts and aspirations and proactively share, explain, and propagate to members and employees to clearly understand their rights and responsibilities towards work, the company, and the union.
In 2024, Can Tho City will have 241 enterprises signing collective labor agreements, of which 20 units have signed new ones. The City Labor Union has negotiated to increase the value of shift meals at 31 enterprises according to the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
