Bringing the resolution into practical life
Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, said: 2025 is the first year of implementing the new Trade Union Law and the new Social Insurance Law and marks many important events of the Party and State. Therefore, the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor needs to propagate and disseminate the above two laws well and proactively supervise according to assigned functions and tasks. The provincial trade union needs to soon complete the work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus in accordance with the direction from the competent authority".
According to Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu, in the face of development requirements in the new situation, the country needs high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the tasks. Local union officials need to propagate and encourage workers to be enthusiastic about production, creativity and innovation in thinking, thereby contributing more to the overall development of agencies and enterprises.
Regarding the direction and tasks in 2025, the Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor requested the Provincial Federation of Labor to continue to put the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels into practical life. Union members and workers in the area must clearly understand the contents, new points, and methods of operation of the Trade Union organization. The province needs to study and soon implement the forum "Party with workers, workers with the Party".
I hope that Dak Lak province will continue to implement well the work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions and introducing outstanding union members to the Party for admission.
