Ms. Thai Thi Ha, born in 1978, is currently a business specialist - Business Center for Corporate Customers, VNPT Hanoi (VNPT Group).
Ms. Ha shared that after graduating from the National Economics University in 1998, she spent some time working at external units to accumulate practical experience. In September 1999, she officially joined VNPT Hanoi (at that time the unit was still named Marketing and Business Center).
“I started working as a warehouse accountant. After a while, thanks to my dynamism and communication skills, I switched to working as a mobile service business employee,” Ms. Ha shared.
From May 2008, Ms. Ha began to specialize in large customer management with the role of Customer Manager (AM) in the VIP Customer Department - Customer Service Center. Here, she is directly in charge of caring for and developing key customer groups and building sustainable relationships with many major partners of VNPT... From October 2025 to now, Ms. Ha has worked at the Corporate Customer Business Center with the role of AM - managing, caring for and expanding the corporate customer base, and at the same time advising on telecommunications - information technology solutions suitable for the digital transformation needs of large customer units.
More than 25 years of attachment to VNPT Hanoi, going through many positions has helped Ms. Ha accumulate a wealth of practical experience. This is also the foundation for her to achieve many titles in emulation. Typically, in 2021, she achieved the title "Good at state affairs, good at housework" of the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of the Telecommunications Services Corporation; in 2022, she achieved the title of typical advanced in the first 6 months of the year at the VNPT Hanoi Business Center level; in 2022, she achieved the title of AM best in group 1, excellent business star in 2022 at the Telecommunications Services Corporation level; in 2023, she achieved the title of AM selling excellent digital services at the Center in the second quarter and the whole year at the VNPT Hanoi Business Center level; in 2024, she achieved the title of typical advanced in the first 6 months of the year and the last 6 months of the year at the VNPT Hanoi Business Center level; in 2025, she achieved the title of typical advanced in the first 6 months of the year and the fourth quarter of 2025 at the VNPT Hanoi Business Center level
Having achieved outstanding successes in work, according to Ms. Ha, is primarily thanks to the open working environment at VNPT Hanoi Business Center. The combination of professionalism in work and warmth in colleagueship has helped me have more than 25 meaningful years here," Ms. Ha said emotionally.
Sharing more about the difficulties and advantages of work in the current period, Ms. Ha said that VNPT is facing an unprecedented strong "wave" of digital transformation. The needs of businesses no longer stop at basic services such as transmission lines and mobile services but have expanded to complex digital infrastructure solutions such as cloud computing (Cloud), data centers (IDC), AI and Big Data applications.
Regarding difficulties and challenges, the market is in a stage of fierce competition not only in terms of freight rates but also in terms of the quality of solutions and service attitude, and after-sales care.
The biggest challenge for me and VNPT's colleagues is the change in sales thinking. We are no longer simply "small telecommunications service sellers" but must become "digital solution consulting experts". This forces each business employee to innovate themselves, not only to be good at persuasion skills but also to have a deep understanding of technology to grasp the actual needs of each business, provide accurate advice, go to the right focus and enthusiastically support customers in sales stages," Ms. Ha shared.
