Promoting the development of union members in enterprises

As of May 20, the whole province has developed 3,423 more union members, reaching 50% of the annual target; established 8 grassroots unions in non-state enterprises. Among the newly established grassroots trade unions, the grassroots trade union of Innoflow NT Company Limited stands out with the successful results of mobilizing many workers to join the union.

With an operating license from June 20, 2024, the company has quickly stabilized its facilities and completed the production line. From January 2025 with an initial team of only 35 key employees, by February 2025, the company had officially recruited 745 workers and just one month later, this number increased to nearly 2,000 workers. As soon as the grassroots trade union was established, more than 2,500 employees voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union, marking a big step forward in building a grassroots trade union organization.

To achieve the above results, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Ninh Thuan province in coordination with the Mobilization Committee of Innoflow NT Company Limited has applied many solutions. One of the important strategies is to take advantage of skilled labor resources, familiar with labor regulations and trade union organizations to build a core team of cadres. The mobilization committee established grassroots trade unions with 13 members who are outstanding, enthusiastic individuals and have a deep understanding of the role of trade unions in protecting the rights of employees and promoting the development of enterprises.

According to Mr. Tran Van Dong - Chairman of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Federation of Labor, the coordination with local authorities and enterprises to develop policies to support employees in participating in trade unions has created a favorable environment, encouraging the development of trade union organizations in enterprises.

Increasing mutual benefits when there is a Trade Union

Nha Trang Tourism Cyclo Union (Khanh Hoa province) was established in December 2023. From the initial 264 union members, there have been more than 500 union members.

Mr. Nguyen Duy Anh - one of the first people to register to join the Union shared, "After nearly 2 years as a union member, I personally clearly see the great benefits of being a union member. Not only contributing to stabilizing my livelihood but joining the Vocational Recognization Union, the citizen Recognization of a tourist city in me has changed completely".

The company representative informed that since its establishment, the grassroots trade union has played a role as a bridge between employees and employers to ensure basic benefits such as: Salary, bonus, social insurance, health insurance and other welfare regimes are fully implemented. The Union also organizes activities to care for the spiritual and material lives, support workers in difficult cases, organizes cultural and sports events, and creates a cohesive and friendly working environment. Thereby building harmonious labor relations, minimizing conflicts and creating conditions for employees to stick with the company.
