On the morning of January 23, the Executive Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) organized the 1st Conference, term 2025 - 2030.

The conference aims to evaluate the results of trade union activities in 2025, deploy key tasks in 2026; and at the same time give opinions, discuss and agree on many important contents related to direction and administration in the new term.
As of November 15, 2025, the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation is managing 1,066 grassroots trade unions with 94,533 union members.

In 2025, trade union levels in the province effectively implemented key tasks, strongly focusing on grassroots levels.
The work of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers continues to be focused on with many practical and timely activities.

The whole province has supported the construction and repair of 19 "Trade Union Homes" for union members in difficult circumstances, with a total budget of 740 million VND.
In particular, the whole province organized the "Trade Union Meal" program at 104 units and enterprises, serving 45,583 union members and workers, with a total budget of more than 3.4 billion VND.

Propaganda and political and ideological education work continues to be strengthened, contributing to ideological stability and creating consensus among union members and workers.
In 2026, trade union levels in the province determined to continue to focus on effectively implementing the programs and activities set out; and at the same time arrange and consolidate grassroots trade union organizations, building a team of trade union officials to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
At the conference, delegates focused on contributing opinions to the draft Working Regulations of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee; full-term working program; assignment of tasks to members of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee.
The conference also considered draft plans on inspection and supervision work; training and fostering trade union officials; developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; action programs to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
