The Congress of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute (under the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union) for the 2025-2030 term has just held and determined the direction and tasks: Continue to innovate methods of operation, improve the capacity of staff, accompany the Institute in developing rubber science and technology.
Key indicators include developing union members, increasing workers' income, ensuring social welfare and improving the quality of emulation work.
In the coming term, the Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute will focus on three breakthroughs: digital transformation, improving the capacity of trade union officials and innovating the care and welfare of union members and workers, linking the material and spiritual rights of workers with the sustainable development of the Institute.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the average income of employees at the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute always exceeds the plan, reaching from 12.4 million VND/person/month (2023) to 14.2 million VND/person/month (2024).
The Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute has supported 120 million VND from the "Union Shelter" Fund to help 4 worker families repair their houses. Emulation movements such as "Good research - Technical transfer" and "Promoting initiatives, technical improvement" continue to be launched, aiming to improve production efficiency and encourage creativity in research.
At the congress, 51 delegates representing 274 employees of the entire unit elected the Executive Committee (EC) of the 9th term, including 9 members. Mr. Nguyen Don Hieu was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of the Vietnam Rubber Research Institute.
