For grassroots trade unions, the Hanoi City Labor Federation proposes to mobilize social resources, especially from employers, to organize the "Tet Sum Vay" Program; organize visits, give gifts, and wish a happy New Year to union members and workers; organize buses to take and pick up workers to return home for Tet; organize the "Union Year's Meal" for Binh Ngo 2026 for union members and workers; organize spring activities, celebrate Tet, visit, and encourage union members and workers who do not have the conditions to return home for Tet.
