According to the report on the results of the workers, civil servants and laborers' movement in the first 6 months of 2025 of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL), the Inspection Committee advised the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor to develop a plan and organize an inspection of the management of trade union finance and assets at 5 grassroots unions under FDI enterprises, and at the same time conduct a counter-level inspection at the Provincial Federation of Labor.
The whole province has organized 4,266 inspections and supervisions. Of which, the trade union at the grassroots level directly conducted 29 peer inspections and 586 grassroots trade union inspections; the grassroots trade union self-inspected 3,645 inspections.
The inspection content focuses on the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, union resolutions at all levels, financial work, assets and supervision of the activities of the Inspection Committee.
In the first 6 months of the year, trade unions at all levels in the province welcomed 41 union members and workers to discuss and reflect on the regime and policies.
The Provincial Federation of Labor received and instructed 32 trips, and the direct superior trade union at the grassroots level received 9 trips. Notably, there were no complaints or denunciations sent to the trade union organization during the period.
