In the spirit of focusing resources on the grassroots, effectively implementing the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of female cadres, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers, in March 2025, the Labor Federation of Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province, directed grassroots unions to organize many activities to celebrate International Women's Day (March 8); 1985 the anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Startup; International Day of Happiness (March 20).
Implementing the 2025 Women's Union Guidelines and tasks of the Standing Committee of the Lang Giang District Labor Federation, 100% of grassroots unions across the district will organize practical and meaningful activities suitable to the conditions of each agency and unit, attracting a large number of female union members to participate, creating a new atmosphere for the movement of female workers, civil servants and laborers such as: Organizing seminars, reviewing traditional traditions; organizing cultural and sports exchange activities; meeting with brides and grooms; organizing culinary competitions with delicious dishes, flower plowing contests; launching women's response to the "Ao Dai Festival" of Vietnam; organizing flower giving and gifts worth from 100,000 VND to 500,000 VND each gift from the grassroots union fund...
At the same time, the Women's Union of the units launched emulation movements among female workers, civil servants, and laborers to actively study, improve their qualifications in all aspects, compete in "Good workers, creative workers"; "Building a warm, equal, progressive, and happy family"...
Through the activities, it has contributed to improving the spiritual life of female workers, civil servants, and laborers, encouraging the spirit of emulation in production labor to strive to fulfill all assigned tasks well, continuing to promote the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at housework". At the same time, it creates a joyful and united atmosphere in the collective of agencies, units and enterprises.
