On December 21, the Trade Union of Cua It A Chau Technology Company Limited (Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that the unit is urgently preparing Tet gifts for union members and workers.
In particular, the company will give each employee a Tet gift worth 350,000 VND. The grassroots union also gave each union member a gift worth 280,000 VND. The unit has contacted to order gifts and plan a Tet gift giving program for union members and workers.
In addition, the Trade Union has proposed to the company to organize a sports festival to create a joyful atmosphere before the New Year 2026. The sports festival took place on the afternoon of December 27. All union members, workers and foreign experts participated in the tug of war competition.
The organizing committee will award 1 first prize worth 20 million VND, 1 second prize worth 10 million VND and 14 consolation prizes worth 2 million VND each. After that, the Trade Union organized a light party with roasted chicken, sticky rice and fruit.
Previously, the Trade Union proposed a 2026 Lunar New Year bonus plan and was unanimously approved by the Company's Board of Directors. This year, the company will allocate 26 billion VND to pay for Lunar New Year bonuses. In which, employees who have worked for less than 1 year will be rewarded from 3.5 million VND to 5.6 million VND. Senior workers will be rewarded from 6-18 million VND. The officer was rewarded from 18-70 million VND.
In addition to Tet bonuses, the Company organizes a year-end celebration with many bonuses. On average, each union member will receive a bonus of over 600,000 VND in the Every Year program.

The grassroots union has implemented many activities to care for union members. During the 2026 Lunar New Year, the Trade Union continues to make recommendations and the business owner agrees to carry out welfare activities for employees, ensuring that employees have a full Tet holiday.
