According to the plan, in the working week from January 19 to January 24, the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation (LDLD) will focus on appraising dossiers and fully implementing the process of establishing commune and ward Trade Unions, ensuring compliance with regulations and strict procedures.
Along with that, trade union levels continue to promote propaganda and mobilization to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions and grassroots trade unions, especially in areas with fewer union members or without trade union organizations.
This activity aims to promptly gather, represent, care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, and at the same time consolidate the role of the Trade Union organization at the grassroots level, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
In parallel with the above task, the Provincial Labor Federation continues to assign officials to monitor and guide union members to participate in shopping at the "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" online program organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
During the week, sectors directly under the Provincial Labor Federation also focused on coordinating to prepare the organization of the "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" Program in 2026; visiting businesses, giving gifts to union members who are poor, near-poor, seriously ill, and in difficult circumstances during the Lunar New Year.
In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation continues to remind grassroots Trade Unions to implement financial revenue and expenditure finalization in 2025 in accordance with regulations; and at the same time prepare the content of organizing conferences to implement the Resolution of the 1st Vinh Long Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030 in the three regions of Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Ben Tre.
