Specifically, support 6 million VND for 3 union members at the North Central Institute of Forensic Psychiatry's grassroots union affected by storm No. 10.
Support 12 million VND to 6 union members at the Central Hospital 71 Union affected by storm No. 10.
Supporting 53 million VND to 27 union members at the Trade Union of Quynh Lap Central Phong - Dermatology Hospital affected by storm No. 10.
Support 28 million VND for 14 union members at the Vietnam - Cuba Dong Hoi Friendship Hospital Trade Union.
Support 7 million VND to 2 union members at the Nutrition Institute's grassroots union.
According to the decisions, the Trade Union Working Committee transfers the support money to the trade unions of the units; the Trade Union Executive Committees of the responsible units, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Health Trade Union, give the support money to the union members on the list of supported.
Previously, in the face of the damage caused by storm No. 10 (Bualoi), the Vietnam Health Trade Union requested units to closely coordinate with local authorities, units, and business owners to promptly overcome the consequences of storms; proactively visit, encourage, and share with union members and workers affected by storm No. 10; quickly report on the situation of union members and workers affected by storm No. 10 for synthesis and consideration of support.
The Vietnam Health Trade Union said that according to a quick report from the units, as of 12:00 on October 3, 2025, 116 union members and workers in the health sector were affected by storm No. 10 with an estimated amount of more than 4,325,000,000 VND.
