On December 6, the leader of the Gia Lai Economic Zone Management Board said that Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited (headquartered in Nhon Hoa Industrial Park, An Nhon Nam Ward) has resumed production after a long period of inactivity and committed to gradually paying the wages still owed to workers.
According to the leader of the Gia Lai Economic Zone Management Board, because the new enterprise is resuming operations, the payment of wages and debts needs a roadmap and plan, and cannot be paid in full in a short time.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh (35 years old, residing in An Nhon Nam ward; name has been changed) - a worker at Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited - said that she and many other workers have returned to work and have been paid previously owed salaries by the enterprise (May, May and June 2025).
"Currently, I and more than 23 workers have returned to work since October 19 and have been paid their full salaries. As for the June salary, the company has paid all the workers. From now until Tet, the business owner promises to try to pay all the outstanding salaries of workers who do not return to work (April and May)," said Ms. Anh.
Meanwhile, Ms. Thu Hien (born in 1970, residing in Tuy Phuoc Bac commune; name has been changed) - the household receiving the processing of products for Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited - said that the enterprise has not yet paid the processing fee for 7 months, from October 2024 to April 2025, with a total amount of more than 1.7 billion VND to her family.
According to Ms. Hien, the long-term debt for processing labor has caused her family to fall into debt, having to borrow more than 1.5 billion VND to pay salaries to 50 workers working at the facility.
"Up to now, the company has not paid any VND. If I was forced to go to the other side, I would go directly to the company to claim the money," Ms. Hien said indignantly.
As Lao Dong has reported, 130 workers of Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited, along with a number of households who received product contracts, and partner enterprises are in trouble because the company owes wages, social insurance, and processing fees for orders, and suddenly stop production from July 31.
Initial statistics show that Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited, headed by Mr. Nguyen Van An (born in 1971), owes 130 employees over VND2.3 billion in wages; owes households over VND2.5 billion in processing money and over VND2.3 billion to Tan Dat General Trading and Service Company Limited. The total debt is more than 7.1 billion VND.
Phuc Thinh Binh Dinh Company Limited has deducted the employee's insurance payment but did not pay it to the Social Insurance agency, causing the employee to quit his job and not receive unemployment insurance; the health insurance card is locked, and the medical examination and treatment costs are not paid. The company also did not pay the Union fund and had not signed labor contracts with more than 100 workers.
