Gia Lai The Resolution of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. sets a target of increasing the income level for workers to help them stabilize their lives.

On June 25, at the 12th Party Congress, term 2025-2030, Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. (Vietnam Rubber Industry Group) approved the target of increasing revenue, rubber latex processing output and raising wages for workers.

With a total management area of about 7,500 hectares, Chu Se Rubber Company has more than 900 workers.

For more than 2 years, the company has met international standards in sustainable forest management, contributing to stabilizing and improving the lives of people in mountainous areas and ethnic minorities. Thereby, maintaining local security and order, and rural security in border areas.

During the 2020-2025 term, the company encountered many difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic and trade wars between countries that caused disruptions in the supply chain of raw materials. This leads to increased input costs, fluctuating rubber latex prices, unpredictable weather developments...

Promoting the spirit of solidarity and efforts, the Party Committee of Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. has directed production and business and achieved many encouraging results.

The total output of rubber latex exploited in the past 5 years reached more than 14,257 tons, reaching over 140.8% of the target; processed more than 24,694 tons, reaching 122.7% compared to the Resolution; total revenue reached VND 1,056.7 billion, reaching 90.10,0% compared to the Resolution.

Profit of more than VND 342.2 billion, reaching 165.4%; paid to the budget VND 108.7 billion. Average income reaches 7.11 million VND/person/month.

At the 12th Company Delegation Congress, term 2025-2030, delegates voted to approve key targets and tasks.

In particular, strive to achieve the target of exploiting 28,400 tons of dried pus; processing 31,000 tons; consuming over 29,020 tons; total revenue reaching VND 2,012 billion; profit after tax of VND 646 billion; average income of workers reaching over VND 9.1 million/person/month or more.

The salary increase in the new period aims to increase income, improve the material and spiritual life of workers. Thereby, creating motivation for workers to enthusiastically produce and contribute products to society.

In particular, the company will strengthen good management of investment capital at Chu Se - Kampong Thom Rubber Joint Stock Company (Cambodia), Bao Loc Hydropower Company, Rubber Tourism and Trade Services Joint Stock Company, VRG Gia Lai Industrial Park Branch to recover investment capital, increase revenue...

At the Congress, 80 delegates, representing 156 party members in the entire company's Party Committee, elected the full number of Executive Committee and Standing Committee for the new term.

During the 2025-2030 term, the Company's Party Committee strives to admit 15/20 new Party members. Ensure that 100% of cadres and party members have the opportunity to study and fully grasp the Resolutions and Directives of the Party and the policies and laws of the State.
