More than 1,000 Dak Lak rubber workers enthusiastically start the annual fat-rowing crop

On May 1, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company (Dakruco) informed that the unit had just organized a launching ceremony for the 2025 crop.

In total, more than 1,000 direct workers (5 affiliated farm branches and 1 processing unit) participated in this year's campaign.

Ms. Phan Thi Thao Trang - a worker in Team 4, Farm Branch 19.8 - said: "This year's launching ceremony was carried out quickly, but the workers dredging the pus and feeding saw the dedication and thoughtfulness of the company's board of directors and farm leaders.

At each farm, company leaders visit and encourage workers. If the assigned tasks are completed well, the workers' salary and bonus in 2025 will be guaranteed".

"All workers at the farms will not have holidays on April 30 and May 1. We take advantage of favorable weather and sunshine to speed up the dredging of pus at the assigned lots," Ms. Trang added.

The rubber industry is still facing many difficulties, erratic weather, fluctuating prices... However, many workers at Dakruco's farms are still determined to stick with the enterprise. Many people have been attached to and devoted to the farm for more than 10 years.

Mr. Y Soan - a worker at Phu Xuan Farm Branch (under Dakruco) - shared: "Having been attached to the farm for more than 10 years, I consider this my second home. Although there are difficult and arduous times, and my salary is not enough to support my family, I still try to stick with it.

I believe that if I continue to stick with rubber trees, my family will have a better life in the future. Because in the past 2 years, the business situation has stabilized, the lives of workers have improved".

This year's launch, the Board of Directors of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company presented each employee with a gift. This is also considered a reward to encourage and motivate workers during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

In 2025, the company aims to exploit 7,626.8 tons of rubber latex, process 8,926.8 tons, achieving a total revenue of nearly 700 billion VND. The average income of cadres, employees and workers is expected to reach 8.41 million VND/person/month.
