At the end of the qualifying round in the North and South, 16 teams participating in the final round of the Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament have been determined, including: Hai Phong Trade Union, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Vietnam Banking Trade Union, People's Public Security Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union, Da Nang Trade Union, Sacombank, Sawaco, Dong Nai 1 Trade Union, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Khanh Hoa Trade Union, An Giang Trade Union, Le Bao Minh, Dong Nai 3 Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union 2.
The matches in the final round will take place from October 31 to November 2 at Ton Duc Thang University Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City.
Before the final round, the organizing committee drew lots to divide the groups for 16 teams. As a result, Group A includes the People's Public Security Trade Union, Khanh Hoa Trade Union, Dong Nai 1 Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City 1 Trade Union.
Group B has the participation of Sawaco, Bac Ninh 1 Trade Union, Quang Ngai Trade Union, Dong Nai 3 Trade Union. Meanwhile, Hai Phong Trade Union, Sacombank, Le Bao Minh and Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union are in Group C. Group D includes the teams of Vietnam Bank Trade Union, Da Nang Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union and An Giang Trade Union.
With what has been shown in the qualifying round, the groups all show balance, as the level of the teams is not too different. In particular, Group C is considered the most attractive group when gathering Hai Phong Trade Union - the champion of the first season in 2023 and Sacombank - the defending runner-up team and just won the qualifying round of the Southern region. In addition, the Bac Ninh 2 Trade Union and Le Bao Minh are also formidable names.
The 2025 Vietnam Workers and Civil Servants Football Tournament will continue to be jointly organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) and Tuoi Tre Newspaper. Entering the 3rd year of organization, the tournament has affirmed its position as an annual and prestigious playground for workers, civil servants, and laborers nationwide, contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise, improving the cultural and spiritual life of workers, civil servants, and laborers in particular and the whole society in general.
