The congress was attended by delegates from the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) and the Company's leaders along with 75 official delegates.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, in the context of fierce competition in the market and many fluctuations in the Coal industry, the Company's Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the Party Committee and the higher-level Trade Union, coordinated with the professional team to effectively implement production and business work, taking care of workers' lives.
Income, policies such as social insurance, health insurance, toxic training, shift work, sightseeing - vacation are fully and promptly guaranteed; occupational safety and hygiene are maintained, preventing serious occupational accidents.
Emulation movements, innovation initiatives, cultural and sports activities, "Union Shelter" programs, and support for union members in difficulty have been maintained practically.
Speaking at the Congress, the Party Secretary and Director of the Company acknowledged the efforts of the Trade Union in accompanying the professional team to overcome difficulties and stabilize production. Entering the new term, the Trade Union needs to continue to better care for the lives of workers, while being proactive in digital transformation, helping each union member become a "digital citizen", improving their capacity to master technology.
With a democratic and responsible spirit, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 15th Company Trade Union, consisting of 7 comrades.
