Regarding salaries, the average income of employees in the entire group is nearly 10 million VND/person/month, an increase of more than 10% compared to the beginning of the term; The average Tet bonus is more than 15 million VND/person, an increase of more than 10% compared to the beginning of the term.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Corporation for the third term, 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 people; Mr. Tran Dang Ninh was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation for the third term, 2025-2030.
