HUE - Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company additionally spends 2 months' salary 13 and 20% of February 2026 salary to encourage workers after the 2025 production year.

On December 27, the Trade Union of Hue Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company (Huegatex) said that in order to encourage the morale of officials and employees (CBCNV) after completing production and business tasks in 2025, the company's Board of Directors decided to pay an additional 2 months' salary of 13 and 20% of the February 2026 monthly salary for employees.

According to the plan, phase 1 will pay 1 month's salary on December 31, 2025 for employees present at the company until December 25, 2025, the payment level is based on the average salary for 11 months of 2025. Employees who are in trial, vocational training, and apprenticeships present at the above time are supported with 500,000 VND/person.

Phase 2 will pay 1 month's salary on February 5, 2026 to employees working until the end of January 31, 2026, calculated according to the average 12-month salary in 2025. The group of probationary workers, vocational students, and trainees will continue to receive a support level of 500,000 VND/person. In case the spending level is lower than 1 million VND/person, the company will supplement a full 1 million VND/person.

In addition, on March 10, 2026, Huegatex will pay an additional 20% of the February 2026 monthly salary for employees, including probationary and apprenticeship workers, based on the results of task performance in the month.

According to the company's Trade Union, this is a policy to encourage workers to stick with and strive in production, with the message: "Working with bonuses - Coming home with Tet - Long-term attachment to Huegatex".
