He said that the current salary according to regulations is still low, mainly applying the regional minimum wage, so the minimum living standard of workers has not been guaranteed. He proposed that there should be a mechanism to build salary levels suitable for each specific position and job.
One of the notable proposals from Mr. Nguyen Van Luc - a union member of the Tu Ky District Labor Federation (Hai Duong province) is to propose that the Government study adding one more holiday during the year, specifically on September 5, so that workers can take their children to school to attend the opening ceremony.
Mr. Luc said that this is the legitimate wish of many union members and workers who are parents, helping to strengthen families and encourage children's spirit on the opening day.

Ms. Phi Thi Phuong (Kinh Mon Town Labor Federation) proposed that there should be a policy to support businesses exporting goods to the US in the context of some items having to pay high taxes.
Union members and workers in Hai Duong province expressed their agreement and high consensus with the policy of implementing Resolution 18-NQ/TW of the Central Committee on streamlining the organizational apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system.
