On April 26, at Duy Trang Group Seaweed - Seaweed Factory (Vinh Phuong Commune, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province), D&T Group Company celebrated the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and responded to Workers' Month 2025.
With deep gratitude to those who have fallen for peace today, nearly 200 workers and leaders of D&T Group Company, together raising the national flag, marched in the factory grounds and performed the flag-raising ceremony, as a way to spread love for the Fatherland.
Business leaders also highlighted the meaning of 50 years of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975-30.4.2025), widely propagated to all officials, union members and employees of the Company on April 30 of the nation's history.
And the activity to celebrate the historic day of April 30, 1975 is a reminder to all officers and employees in the company about the sacrifice of compatriots and soldiers who died for the independence, freedom and development as it is today.
At the D&T Group Company's grassroots union program, the Company's Board of Directors implemented activities in response to Workers' Month and presented gifts to thank and show gratitude to 40 union members and employees who have made many contributions to the Company's development.
Participating in the flag-raising ceremony for the first time and being honored as one of the union members to be honored, Ms. Nguyen Diem Quynh shared, very surprised and touched. During Workers' Month, I hope that the company's leaders and the Trade Union will continue to maintain many jobs to increase income and benefits for workers".
According to Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy - General Director of D&T Group Company, in response to Workers' Month, the company will organize a more delicious "Union Meal" than usual to thank employees.
At the same time, adjust salaries, increase lunch allowances at the unit by 1 pitcher of bird's nest, increase fuel support funds for employees who have to travel far; increase rest time for employees who have to work in noisy environments or focus on long-term vision, reduce working time for the office block on the 7th day...
The unit also deploys comments boxes for employees to share, express opinions, and contribute ideas to improve policies and conditions for better working. This mailbox will be opened once a week so that the company's leaders and the union can promptly listen to the opinions of union members and workers to make appropriate adjustments.
In the coming time, the company will organize shuttle buses for workers, build 10 apartments to support workers from far away who have to rent houses for 0 VND.
