When recruiting, employees will be informed about the company's rules, regulations, policies and benefits. During the training period, new workers will be paid like normal employees, ranging from 6.5 - 7 million VND/month, depending on the stage" - Ms. Oanh said.
The company organizes recruitment from Monday to Saturday every week. Since the beginning of July alone, the demand for jobs of employees has tended to increase, on average the company receives about 40 employees/day.
Ms. Oanh assessed that young workers often lack patience and are prone to job-hopping. Meanwhile, there are many stages that require large recruitment, so for older workers, if they are willing to work hard and are willing to stick with the job, the company will still recruit them. In particular, personnel who have worked for the company before will be given priority.
Since the beginning of the year, An Do Duong Company Limited (Can Tho City) has recruited about 500 - 600 employees. In the last months of the year, this enterprise is in need of 200 - 300 more unskilled workers, focusing on the fillet and styling department. The average salary in this department is about 7 million VND/month for apprenticeship and from 10 million VND/month or more for skilled people.
"The fillet and styling stages are somewhat more difficult to recruit than the finished stages, even though we are willing to receive vocational training for new workers" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Bang Tuyen - Head of Human Resources Department of An Do Duong Company Limited - said.
In order to attract employees, the company is applying attractive allowance policies. If employees are attached, the company will provide a recruitment allowance of VND3 million/lessoned worker and VND5 million/skillful worker, applied to the third or fourth salary period after starting work at the enterprise. The personnel of the company introducing skilled workers will receive 1 million VND in allowances when the person is introduced to the third or fourth salary period.
