In 2024, the employment situation of workers, civil servants and laborers in Dak Lak will be guaranteed. In particular, the number of new enterprises will increase by 2.9% compared to 2023, creating more jobs. Wages and incomes of workers will be significantly improved.
The average income of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the administrative sector is 6.3 million VND/month. Workers in state-owned enterprises and state-owned joint-stock enterprises are 8.03 million VND/month.
Non-state sector workers are 7.59 million VND/month and FDI enterprise workers are 6.6 million VND/month.
There were 17 work-related accidents in the province, killing 6 people. The Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor participated in the investigation team and protected the rights of workers' families, ensuring the implementation of policies and regimes according to the law.
As of October 31, 2024, the whole province had 623 enterprises owing social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 8,031 employees with a debt of more than 117 billion VND.
According to the assessment of the Dak Lak Provincial Federation of Labor, during the year, labor relations were stable, with no strikes, work stoppages, or collective labor disputes.

They strictly comply with labor laws, regulations and rules of agencies and enterprises. At the same time, they actively participate in emulation movements, especially activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union and the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province.
