In the afternoon of August 9, at Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Provincial Labor Federation, Provincial Police and Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10 to organize the "All people protect national security and accompany young workers in 2026" festival.
Attending the program were Mr. Nguyen The Hoan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; Ms. Nguyen Ny Huong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation; representatives of leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Social Insurance, Provincial Police, coordinating units and nearly 300 young workers of Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10.
At the festival, the organizers presented congratulatory gifts to Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10 and 60 gifts to young workers in difficult circumstances.
At the ceremony, the Youth Union of Ha Tinh May 10 Enterprise was launched. This is an activity contributing to expanding the solidarity front, gathering youth, and gradually building a strong Youth Union organization in non-state enterprises.
Within the framework of the program, young workers are trained, exchanged and answered about policies related to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
The training content focuses on practical issues, associated with the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
In addition, workers are instructed on skills to handle some first aid situations; install i-Ha Tinh application, electronic payment software and some essential digital utilities.
The festival also took place activities to visit the production line at Ha Tinh Garment Enterprise 10, cultural exchanges, sports and connections between young workers and companion units.
Through the program, Youth Union levels, Trade Union organizations and the Police force continue to promote the role of accompanying young workers; strengthen propaganda and dissemination of laws, care for life, and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Thereby, contributing to building a safe, civilized, and united working environment, while consolidating the Union and Trade Union organizations in non-state-owned enterprises.
