
At the conference, leaders of Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company reported on the results of implementing the Resolution of the 2025 Employee Conference; directions and tasks for 2026; production and business situation; train safety assurance work; implementation of regimes and policies for employees and contents of amendments and supplements to internal management regulations.
According to the report, in 2025, businesses faced many difficulties due to changes in mechanisms and policies; slow approval of infrastructure maintenance prices, affecting production progress.
Under the direction of Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) and the solidarity of employees, Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company has basically completed the assigned tasks. During the year, the unit ensured train safety, labor safety and fire and explosion prevention.
The quality of bridges and roads is maintained stably, with an average re-inspection score of 7.51 for the road system and 9.29 for the bridge system; the average shock and vibration index decreased to 6.76 points/km, down 0.33 points/km compared to 2024.

Regarding production and business, core operating revenue reached 142.897 billion VND, equal to 104.6% compared to 2024; non-core production revenue reached 40.289 billion VND, equal to 109.5% compared to 2024. Total revenue in 2025 reached 183.185 billion VND, equal to 106% compared to 2024.
In addition to production tasks, businesses focus on taking care of workers' lives. In 2025, average income reached 12.55 million VND/person/month, an increase of about 4% compared to the previous year.
The company organized periodic health check-ups for 693 workers; arranged 84 turns of officials and employees to visit and study with a budget of more than 532 million VND; and trained 360 people in occupational safety and health.
Emulation movements continue to be promoted, typically the "Railway - Flower Road" movement with 6,920m of new flower roads, raising the total length to 18.88km. Emulation and commendation work recorded 5 excellent labor collectives, 4 advanced labor collectives, 336 advanced individual laborers and 43 outstanding individuals in ensuring train safety.

Speaking to direct at the conference, Ms. Duong Thi Mo - Vice President of the Vietnam Railways Trade Union praised and highly appreciated the solidarity, consensus, and efforts to successfully complete the tasks of the collective of officials and employees of the company.
At the same time, she requested the company to continue to closely follow the set goals, develop medium and long-term plans to proactively implement; ensure revenue, increase income for employees; and continue to effectively implement emulation movements.
At the conference, leaders of Vietnam Railways Corporation, Vietnam Railway Trade Union and Nghe Tinh Railway Joint Stock Company commended and awarded Certificates of Merit to individuals with outstanding achievements in 2025.
