On November 30, Gia Lai Social Insurance (BHXH) said that by the end of October 2025, the whole province still has 375 employers who are 6 months or more late in paying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, occupational accident insurance, and occupational disease insurance.
Most of the units that are late in paying are companies and enterprises, directly affecting the rights of 3,712 employees, with a total debt of more than 127 billion VND.
Among these, many businesses owe large sums of money, lasting for many months, even many years, such as: FLC Quy Nhon Golf and Resort Joint Stock Company is late in paying more than VND 28.4 billion with 326 employees, owing 40 months; Bamboo Airways Joint Stock Company is late in paying more than VND 34.8 billion with 925 employees, owing 19 months; Joint Stock Company 504 is late in paying more than VND 14 billion with 5 employees, owing up to 174 months (equivalent to 14.5 years); Construction Joint Stock Company 47 is late in paying more than VND 7.4 billion with 786 employees, owing 7 months. The remaining units were late in paying with amounts ranging from a few tens of millions of VND to a few billion VND.
According to statistics, from May to October 2025, the number of units and enterprises that are 6 months or more late in paying insurance tends to decrease over the months.
However, enterprises such as Construction Joint Stock Company 47, FLC Quy Nhon Golf and Resort Joint Stock Company, Bamboo Aviation Joint Stock Company and 504 Joint Stock Company are units with long-term insurance arrears for many consecutive months, seriously affecting the rights of employees.
In this situation, the leader of Gia Lai Social Insurance said that he will coordinate with the Provincial Police and the Tax Department to work with enterprises that owe social insurance, requiring these units to commit to fulfilling their social insurance payment obligations. In case of non-compliance, the competent authority will take the steps to handle the case according to the provisions of the Penal Code.
Regarding enterprises that owe large sums of money, the leader of the provincial Social Insurance said that Construction Joint Stock Company 47 has committed to settling the debt by the end of 2025; FLC Quy Nhon Golf and Resort Joint Stock Company has paid but the amount is still small; Bamboo Aviation Joint Stock Company is currently in the process of restructuring, so it is temporarily still calculating interest...
