After 10 years of implementing Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in Cau Giay district, 12,729 civil servants and employees have achieved the titles of "Good worker", "Creative worker", "Emulation fighter", and "Good people, good deeds" from the grassroots to the city level.
Of which, 2,316 workers were recognized as "Excellent Workers" at the grassroots level; 353 workers achieved the title of "Excellent Workers" at the district level, of which 14 outstanding individuals were honored with the title of "Excellent Workers of the Capital" by the Hanoi City Labor Federation.
In innovation and creativity activities, there are 3,175 grassroots experience initiatives. The District Labor Federation held a conference to commend and reward 802 "Initiatives and Creativity" recognized by the District People's Committee, of which 16 "Outstanding Initiatives" were commended by the Hanoi City People's Committee. 327 collectives and 3,116 outstanding individuals achieved the title of "Good at public affairs - Good at housework" and "Outstanding families of workers and civil servants".
Over the past 10 years, the District Labor Federation has focused on leading and directing grassroots unions to seriously implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo.
The implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW in conjunction with the implementation of the 4th Central Resolution of the 12th tenure on "Strengthening Party building and rectification, preventing and repelling degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, manifestations of "self-evolution," "self-transformation" have been implemented systematically, creatively and effectively by the District's Trade Unions. Many new models and good practices have created positive changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, union members, and workers, contributing to the widespread spread of Ho Chi Minh's ideological, ethical, and stylistic values.
From positive changes in awareness and action, many outstanding results have been recorded and associated with emulation movements launched by trade unions at all levels.
