Hau Giang provincial trade unions are actively implementing activities to promote the development of union members and establish grassroots trade unions (grassroots levels), aiming to complete the set targets in 2025. Right from the first months of the year, many practical activities have been implemented, bringing encouraging results.
Recently, the Trade Union of the Provincial Industrial Zones coordinated to organize the admission ceremony of Trade Union members in 2025 for 93 workers at Lee & Man Vietnam Paper Co., Ltd. The event has raised the total number of union members to be admitted at the grassroots grassroots level from the beginning of the year until now to 130.
Earlier, at the end of February 2025, the Union of Industrial Zones of the province coordinated to organize the Conference to establish the grassroots grassroots level at Hanh Nguyen Logistics Joint Stock Company. At the conference, the decision to establish grassroots trade unions was approved and 63 employees of the company officially became a Vietnamese union member.
Information from the provincial Labor Federation, besides focusing on the care of life, protecting the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of officials, public servants, officials and workers, trade unions in the province have effectively implemented the development of union members, establishing grassroots trade unions right from the beginning of the year.
By the end of the first quarter of 2025, the whole province has established 12 new grassroots trade unions and unions of non -state grassroots and developed 1,980 members. Currently, the whole province has a total of 838 grassroots trade unions with 56,708 members out of 59,302 workers, officials and employees.
With the goal of striving to develop 6,000 members and establishing 9 grassroots trade unions in the non -state sector, 8 unions of unofficial sector grassroots Union in 2025, Hau Giang Provincial Trade Union is actively mobilizing more sources of union members. In the second quarter of 2025, besides organizing the launching ceremony, the Trade Union at all levels will promote the good implementation of the activities of the monthly worker associated with responding to the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025, focusing on effective implementation of the peak month of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
By the end of the first quarter of 2025, the Union of the provincial industrial parks had admitted 906 members, reaching 45% of the provincial labor force target assigned to 2025.
According to the plan, expected on April 22, Hau Giang will hold a ceremony to launch the month of workers and the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) in 2025 in Vi Thanh City. After that, the Trade Union at all levels will simultaneously launch the locality, the unit within 28.4. The month of workers and the month of OSH took place from April 22 to May 31, 2025. The provincial Labor Confederation requires over 55% of the grassroots grassroots level and 75% of administrative and non -business grassroots levels with at least 1 response.
