The event took place in a joyful and exciting atmosphere of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers (CNVCLD) across the province, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, 139 years of International Labor Day 1.5 and 135 years of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday.
Launching Workers' Month, Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial Federation of Labor Dang Ngoc Anh said that the whole province currently has nearly 53,000 employees working at agencies, units, industrial parks - clusters, cooperatives... contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Phu Yen Labor Union has continuously strived to work, study, improve skills, actively respond to patriotic emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Promoting initiatives, technical improvements", "Preueucitation, quality, production and business efficiency", contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
From emulation movements, many outstanding examples of union members and workers have appeared, contributing to the stability and development of businesses and the province.

To make Workers' Month 2025 more effective and practical, Mr. Dang Ngoc Anh suggested that Trade Unions at all levels in the province organize meaningful activities such as: Emulation to improve output and product quality; organize dialogues between provincial leaders, enterprises and workers; commend workers with initiatives and technical improvements; give gifts to workers in difficult circumstances...
At the launching ceremony, Vice Chairman of Phu Yen Provincial People's Committee Dao My suggested that Trade Union organizations coordinate with enterprises to ensure harmony between the requirements of increasing production and protecting workers' health.

"Currently, businesses are under pressure to increase orders, especially export orders, leading to increased working hours for workers. Trade unions need to coordinate with enterprises to ensure reasonable working hours, take care of workers' health, thereby improving work efficiency and building harmonious labor relations," Mr. Dao My emphasized.
On this occasion, the Phu Yen Provincial Federation of Labor awarded 50 million VND in support to build a "Union Shelter" house for Mr. Nguyen Minhem, a teacher at Dinh Tien Hoang Secondary School (Song Cau town) - a union member in difficult circumstances. In addition, 40 union members and workers who have had work accidents, serious illnesses, and difficult circumstances also received gifts, each worth VND500,000.
Sharing the joy of being supported to build a house, Mr. Nguyen Minhem said that he will borrow an additional 200 million VND to build a new house, have a stable place to live, work with peace of mind and stay with the Trade Union organization for a long time.
