In particular, the movement to promote initiatives and improve techniques was responded to and actively participated by union members, employees, and union officials. In the first 6 months of the year, more than 1,493 innovation initiatives of union members were recognized at the grassroots level.
Phu Yen Provincial Federation of Labor commended 27 individuals who are direct production workers and union officials on the occasion of Workers' Month 2025 for their outstanding achievements, with innovative initiatives applied in practice, bringing practical efficiency in production labor.
According to Mr. Dang Ngoc Anh, trade unions at all levels in the province have made many efforts to propose solutions to strive to complete the assigned targets.

Taking care of union members and workers has so far supported 47,058 union members and workers in difficulty by trade unions at all levels in a timely manner, with a total amount of nearly 10.3 billion VND.
