According to the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, in recent times, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor has directed trade unions at all levels to widely implement many emulation movements to arouse and promote the responsibility, enthusiasm and creativity of female union members.
The work of propagating, disseminating laws, training, and fostering knowledge for female employees has been promoted, associated with emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public work, good at housework", "Women actively study, work creatively, and build happy families". The movements not only create a vibrant competitive atmosphere but also contribute significantly to raising awareness of law compliance, developing professional skills, building the image of a modern, dynamic and responsible woman.
In each field, female employees have promoted their pioneering role. In production and business, many women are constantly learning, applying technical advances, improving processes to increase productivity, and improve product quality. In education, the movement "Good at school work, good at housework", emulation "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning" has become a motivation for female teachers to proactively self-cultivate and improve their qualifications. Many teachers are passionate about researching and innovating teaching methods, building a friendly and effective learning environment.
Encourage the spirit of dedication
In the medical field, female union members always uphold the spirit of dedication, thoughtfulness in caring for patients, and strictly implement medical ethics regulations. Many women are on duty day and night to provide emergency care and volunteer to support lower levels during peak epidemics, while actively researching and applying new techniques to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment.
Through emulation movements, many outstanding faces have appeared. A typical example is Ms. Cao Thi Huong, a female worker at the Trade Union of Aleron Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd., with the initiative "Improving the effectiveness of women's work and organizing movements at the grassroots level" and the new method of calculating output, helping to increase income for workers. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Sunjade Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd., has coordinated with the Board of Directors to develop regulations and add many provisions beneficial to employees in the Collective Labor Agreement, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of union members.
In the field of education, Ms. Le Thi Sen, Chemistry teacher at Nhu Thanh High School, has constantly innovated teaching methods to inspire students' passion for learning. She has trained more than 20 students who have won provincial prizes in Chemistry and has 8 initiatives with experience to win provincial prizes.
Mr. Vo Manh Son - Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor - said that in order to continue to arouse and promote the potential, intelligence and creativity of female employees, in the coming time, the Provincial Federation of Labor will direct trade unions at all levels to strengthen consultation work, organize many practical activities to care for the rights and lives of female employees. The Trade Union will coordinate with relevant agencies to inspect and supervise the implementation of regimes and policies related to female workers, especially maternity regimes, child care, and special working regimes.
At the same time, the work of training and fostering female union cadres at all levels will also be focused on to meet the requirements of the new tasks, contributing to building a team of female employees who are increasingly mature, confident, and dynamic, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province.
