On June 18, the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) held a Conference to announce the decision to end the activities of the Long An Industrial Parks (IPs) Trade Union and receive grassroots unions (CDCS) under the Long An Industrial Parks Trade Union to the Provincial Federation of Labor to directly manage and direct the activities.
At the conference, the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision to end the activities of the Long An Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union and the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Long An Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union from June 30, 2025.
The Long An Industrial Parks Trade Union is responsible for handing over all assets, accounting documents, and organization work to the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor; at the same time, handing over the stamp and certificate of registration of stamps according to regulations.
Also at the conference, the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision on receiving grassroots unions under the Long An Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union under the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor. There are 727 grassroots trade unions with 136,282 union members under the Long An Industrial Parks Trade Union under the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor from June 30, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Long An Provincial Federation of Labor - Mr. Nguyen Van Qui - acknowledged and respectfully thanked the support and contributions of the Long An Industrial Parks Trade Union in the past time. Especially in the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers and laborers, contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
