On January 6, the Department of Home Affairs of Khanh Hoa province informed about a survey of labor and employment needs in the industrial and energy sectors in the province.
This activity aims to serve the goal of developing these two industries to become the driving force for economic growth in the period 2026-2030.
Accordingly, in December 2025, the department issued plan No. 7114/KH-SNV, coordinating with the Department of Industry and Trade and relevant agencies to deploy labor survey activities according to the guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province on orientation for industrial - energy development in the new period.
The survey aims to grasp the job needs and career changes of workers in the industrial and energy sectors.
At the same time, collect information on professional qualifications, skills, experience and job desires to serve as a basis for consulting and introducing suitable jobs.
In addition, the survey results will serve the work of forecasting labor market demand in the period 2026-2030, orienting vocational training, retraining and improving skills for workers.
Strengthen connections between workers and businesses, especially businesses in economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters and energy projects in the province.
Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center is the focal point for support. The survey scope is deployed throughout Khanh Hoa province. The target audience are workers and businesses operating in the industrial and energy sectors.
Employees participating in the survey will be given free job counseling, career orientation, connection with businesses with recruitment needs, consider participating in vocational training classes, and improve skills according to market demand.
In which, priority is given to participating in thematic job transaction sessions organized by Khanh Hoa Employment Service Center.
Employees need to complete survey forms with key information groups such as: personal information, employment status, education level, professional skills, working experience, job needs (occupation, position, location, salary level, form of work, time of readiness to work); needs for consulting and training support.
In October 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued the Plan to develop the industrial and energy sectors to become the driving force for economic growth in the period 2026-2030.
In which, the goal is to position Khanh Hoa to become a national energy center and a high growth pole for the whole country.
The plan sets out 14 key task groups, including: Policies to attract investment in high-value, environmentally friendly industries; allocating budget to create clean land funds for industrial zones and clusters; establishing provincial-level Investment Promotion Boards; developing high-quality human resources; promoting international cooperation; investing in power transmission infrastructure; strengthening training and international cooperation in the field of renewable energy in the period 2026-2030.
