Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council discussed with representatives of the leaders of the units in the Bloc about: Some theoretical and practical issues for the country to enter the New Era, the Era of the Vietnamese nation's rise; Requirements for theoretical research, summarizing practices on the working class and trade union organizations; Tasks of training and fostering political theory for trade union officials and at higher education institutions of the Vietnam Trade Union; Improving the quality of ideological and propaganda work of the Party at press and media units under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
At the thematic meeting, the Emulation Bloc congratulated Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan and the Trade Union University, Ton Duc Thang University on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20).
After exchanging and discussing the contents of the topic presented by Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, the Emulation Block sought opinions on the development of emulation criteria for Emulation Block No. 4 and the Draft Summary Plan.
