According to Major Vu Anh Khue - Chairman of the Trade Union of the People's Police Academy (under the People's Police Union - CAND), aware of the development of party members is one of the important contents of the Party building work, over the years, the Trade Union of the People's Police Academy (CSND) has concretized the guiding documents of the Central Police Party Committee, the People's Police Union of the People's Council, especially the Resolution Decision on the Congress of the Trade Union of the PPA for the term 2023-2028 on the work of building and developing the Party.
Based on the targets set out in the Resolution of the Union Congress of the PPA "annually, the average union of the Academy introduces at least 1 elite trade union member for the Party to consider and foster admission to the Communist Party of Vietnam", the grassroots trade union considers this as one of the important targets to assess the quality of operation of the annual trade union organization.
During the 2018-2022 term, the Academy Trade Union introduced 60 outstanding union members for the Academy Party Committee to consider admitting to the Communist Party of Vietnam and officially transferred 51 reserve party members to the Party.
According to Major Vu Anh Khue, to better promote this role in the new period, the Academy Trade Union proposed a number of specific solutions.
