On the morning of March 28, Dien Bien province organized the implementation of Conclusion No. 128-KL/TW of the Politburo on the policy of personnel work and the Announcement of the Decision on the organization and personnel work of the Provincial Federation of Labor.
Accordingly, the Office with the Finance Department will be merged into the Provincial Federation of Labor Office; the Propaganda - Women's Union with the Department of Legal Policy and Labor Relations will be merged into the Department of Professional Affairs.
After the arrangement, the internal organizational apparatus of the Provincial Federation of Labor was reduced from 5 departments to 3 departments. On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor also presented retirement decisions according to Decree 178 and Decree 67 to 3 officials.
Mr. Tan Minh Long - Chairman of the Dien Bien Provincial Federation of Labor - said that the arrangement of the apparatus and personnel work this time demonstrates the determination of the Provincial Federation of Labor in implementing the Party's policy on innovation and streamlining the apparatus in the direction of streamlining and efficiency.
Helping improve the effectiveness of trade union activities while also contributing to the effective implementation of the task of protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers in the province.
