The Provincial Federation of Labor plans to organize a second meeting and visiting conference for grassroots union officials on August 19 at DLDVTM Con Phung Company Limited (Ben Tre before the merger).
According to the plan, there are 377 delegates attending, including representatives of enterprises and union officials in the Ben Tre area before the merger. The leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor will directly meet, encourage, listen to opinions, recommendations and remove difficulties and obstacles that the facilities are facing.
The conference program is expected to include the following contents: welcoming speech and reporting on the results of trade union work in the first 6 months of the year, orientation for the last 6 months of the year; introducing a new trade union activity model; listening to the opinions of grassroots trade union officials; giving subsidies to union members in difficult circumstances; and giving a concluding speech of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, while implementing key tasks in the coming time.
This second conference continues to strengthen the close relationship between the Provincial Federation of Labor Standing Committee and grassroots union officials, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in the locality.
