Ms. Le Thi Bich Thanh expressed her pleasure at the increasingly strong friendly cooperative relationship between the Hanoi Labor Federation and the Vientiane Capital Trade Union Federation.
At the working session, leaders of Kinh Do One Member Limited Liability Company introduced a general overview of the formation and development process as well as outstanding results in production, business and performance of political and social tasks of the enterprise.
With the achievements, Kinh Do One Member Limited Liability Company has been awarded the First-class Labor Medal and many noble awards from the Prime Minister, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Hanoi City People's Committee and the Hanoi City Labor Federation.

Speaking at the working session, Ms. Khotamine Phongyalac - Chairwoman of the Capital Trade Union Federation of Vientiane expressed her impression of the results Kinh Do Co., Ltd. has achieved in the process of construction and development.
She highly appreciated the business model, especially ensuring business efficiency, creating stable jobs for workers and contributing resources to Trade Union activities.
The Chairman of the Vientiane Capital Trade Union Federation said that this is an opportunity for trade union officials of both sides to strengthen understanding, share practical experiences, thereby contributing to deepening the cooperative relationship between trade union organizations of the two Capitals.
According to Ms. Khotamine Phongyalac, the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperative relations between the Hanoi Labor Federation and the Vientiane Capital Trade Union Union for the period 2022-2027 has achieved many practical results in the past time.
The cooperation content is deployed relatively comprehensively, focusing on areas of mutual concern such as organizational work, cadre training, development and gathering of union members, care, representation, and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
In particular, the Hanoi Labor Federation has paid attention to supporting training and fostering human resources for the Capital Trade Union Federation of Vientiane, Vientiane province and Luang Prabang province.
Exchanging at the working session, representatives of both sides agreed to continue to promote the achieved results, strengthen sharing experiences in the organization and activities of the Trade Union, especially effective models in developing union members, caring for workers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
