These activities raise awareness among union members about compliance with the law and preventing incidents, risks and accidents from occurring during work, said Ms. Nguyen Tran Phuong Thao.
Ms. Thao also said that the union's executive committee mobilized resources to sponsor and support to care for union members. Motorcycle insurance has been given, gifts for Workers' Month, Lunar New Year and visits when union members are suddenly sick, happy parties... with an amount of nearly 10 million VND.
In particular, the union has signed a cooperation agreement program with Ngoc Anh Lam Dong Company Limited. Thereby, this company changes motorcycle oil for free periodically and maintains free motorcycle repair and maintenance points for union members...

As for the Chairwoman of the Da Lat City Labor Federation - Ms. Dinh Thi Thuy Duong, she said that this is the first union established in Lam Dong province. When it was first established, this union had 49 union members. The Da Lat City Labor Federation also appointed a provisional Executive Committee of 5 members.
After a year of operation, this union has organized the admission of new union members twice. To date, the Da Lat Technology Drivers' Union has 135 union members.
