On July 3, Mr. Le Van Minh - Chairman of EVNHCMC Trade Union - said that the General Director of EVNHCMC had just organized a direct dialogue with the employees of the old Binh Duong Power Company.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - General Director of EVNHCMC - discussed and explained concerns related to the arrangement of the apparatus, personnel allocation, policies, and especially the concerns of workers about the differences in management models between the two units. At the same time, share EVNHCMC's development strategic orientation and commit to accompanying workers in the turning point transition period.
Mr. Thanh also said that EVNHCMC will develop a roadmap to perfect salary payment regimes associated with work efficiency, encourage dedication, creativity and commit to publicity and transparency of regimes, policies and welfare. All holiday regimes, work expenses to social security programs... applied at EVNHCMC are applied synchronously to all employees in the entire corporation.
The dialogue session is an opportunity for EVNHCMC leaders to listen to their thoughts and aspirations, share their concerns and directly answer many issues that workers are struggling with during this transition period.
Previously, implementing the direction of Vietnam Electricity Group, EVNHCMC received and managed the two Power Companies of Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau, replacing Southern Power Corporation from the beginning of July 2025.
