    Nghe An - The establishment of grassroots trade unions contributes to caring for, representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

    On January 10, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that the Mobilization Committee for the establishment of a grassroots trade union of Hoang Gia Phat Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company organized the Congress to establish a grassroots trade union, admitting 23 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

    The establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

    The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union consisting of 3 comrades; comrade Nguyen Nam Thang, Head of the Department of Land & Legal Affairs, was trusted to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union.

    Mr. Hoang Nguyen Trong Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Company, affirmed that he will always pay attention to creating favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, accompanying workers for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
