Mr. Tran Van Bang - Chairman of the Trade Union - said that since its establishment, the activities have received the support and trust of union members and workers (NLĐ), thereby creating a bond between NLĐ and the Trade Union. Speaking about the activities of the Trade Union, Mr. Bang said: Right from the beginning of the term, the Executive Committee proceeded to assign tasks and divide groups for management. At the same time, assigning union members with enthusiasm and enthusiasm to be team leaders to work with the Executive Committee to stabilize and put the Trade Union into operation.
The Executive Committee assigned the Inspection Committee to handle internal conflicts such as: competing for customers, prices... From there, union members are assured to work, stabilize their lives, contribute to solving employment, and ensure security and order in the area.
Over the past time, the Trade Union has organized visits to union members who are hospitalized, union members in difficult circumstances, accidents, and funerals. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Tet reunion was organized for all union members, thereby giving 307 gifts worth over 130 million VND. Shopping for Trade Union membership identification clothing, worth over 87 million VND (each union member has a hat and 4 uniform shirts) from social mobilization sources.
The Provincial Labor Federation said that, implementing the policy of rearranging administrative units, the Ha Tien City Bicycle Union was renamed the Ha Tien Bicycle Union. The activities of the Union are still stable, maintaining a number of 154 union members. The quality of service for tourists visiting and traveling to Ha Tien is increasingly improved.
In addition, the Trade Union also participates in many movements launched by the locality such as: participating in traffic safety propaganda, propaganda about scenic spots, historical sites, tourist areas; participating in parades on festival occasions, participating in maintaining security and order in Ha Tien ward and many other social activities...
The above activities are highly appreciated by competent authorities when this special business model is only available in Ha Tien ward. The organization and management of union members is strict, no internal conflicts occur; all arising issues are promptly detected and resolved thoroughly.
Mr. Bang said: "Union members trust the Trade Union, thereby creating motivation for them to work hard and bring high incomes. Many union members raise their children to study at universities to become talented and some union members are raising their children to study abroad.
Sharing about operating experience, Mr. Bang said: The Trade Union identifies people as the most important factor; organizational and management work is the decisive factor for the existence of the Trade Union. The Executive Committee also identifies taking care of and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers as a key and central task.
Proactively coordinate with the Police and mass organizations to ensure security and order. Organize activities at a certain location or propagate through Zalo groups of groups so that the Executive Committee can promptly grasp the thoughts, aspirations, and awareness of union members.
Regularly remind union members not to drink alcohol and beer when transporting passengers, ensure working hours, put safety first and ensure health to improve work efficiency.
