Employee income averages 21.75 million VND/person/month
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan visited the collective of employees of Safoco Food and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company (Safoco) on May 25. Leaders of the Vietnam National Union of Agriculture and Environment also attended the working session.
According to Safoco's report, in 2025, the company's revenue reached nearly 750 billion VND, an increase of 2.09% compared to 2024, pre-tax profit reached more than 61.5 billion VND, contributing 30.25 billion VND to the State budget. Currently, the average income of 618 employees at the company reaches 21.75 million VND/person/month, 100% of employees are fully covered by social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; every year the company increases salaries for employees, spends bonuses on holidays and Tet an average of 4 million VND/person/year, and spends salary for the 13th month from 2 to 5 months of salary/person depending on seniority and work results.
The company always maintains the organization of employee conferences and dialogues at the workplace, publicizing content related to production and business situation, salary policies, bonuses, benefits, labor regulations and issues of concern to employees.

Mr. Nguyen Ha Xuyen - Chairman of the Vietnam Agriculture and Environment Trade Union - said that Safoco is a pioneer enterprise in Vietnam's agricultural industry in specialized processing and exporting agricultural products to more than 100 countries and territories around the world. The company is also a leading unit in caring for the welfare of union members and workers of the Agriculture and Environment sector and has been honored many times to be awarded the Labor Medal, Grade I, II, III; Independence Medal, Grade II, III and especially has been honored 3 times to be awarded the "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" award.
Trade unions must encourage workers to actively compete and improve labor productivity.
Speaking at the working session, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan praised the achievements that the collective of Safoco employees has achieved and welcomed the views of the company's leadership on trade union activities and employees.
According to Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan, in the context of the country setting a double-digit economic development goal, it is very necessary for businesses like Safoco to perform well in development to contribute to the common development goals of the whole country.
Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan requested Safoco to proactively set higher growth targets this year and in the coming years. At the same time, continue to well implement policies for employees, support trade union activities to create motivation for business development.

On this occasion, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded a Certificate of Merit to Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hong for her outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for good labor and building a strong trade union organization. The Vietnam Union of Agriculture and Environment awarded the Comprehensive Emulation Flag to Safoco Trade Union.
