EVNHCMC workers join hands to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10

HCMC - The collective of employees of Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) contributed one day's salary to support people to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10.

A source from EVNHCMC on October 4 said that Mr. Le Van Minh - Chairman of EVNHCMC Trade Union has just represented the Group of employees of the Corporation to donate 300 million VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to support people in provinces and cities that suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 10 (Bualoi).

The budget of 300 million VND was taken from the one-day salary mobilization fund for all EVNHCMC staff and workers. The donation is to contribute to the government and social organizations in a timely manner to help people in affected areas overcome the consequences of natural disasters, stabilize their lives, and restore production after the storm.

This is not only timely material support but also demonstrates the spirit of mutual love, social responsibility and deep sharing of EVNHCMC's employees to the community, contributing to the whole country in helping people in storm-affected areas to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
