Song Hong Xuan Truong Garment Joint Stock Company (Nam Dinh) has officially announced the Tet bonus for workers on the company's loudspeaker and Fanpage. Accordingly, workers will receive a Tet bonus of 2 months of average salary and ABC bonus (monthly output bonus). It is worth noting that the average monthly salary is calculated based on the formula of monthly output salary divided by 12 months, much higher than the basic salary. ABC bonus workers will also receive on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025 instead of being cut like last year.
Ms. Pham Thi Tuyet (42 years old) - a worker at the company shared that this information will create great motivation, helping workers to work enthusiastically. From now until Tet, I have to try harder to receive at least 9 million VND in average salary" - Ms. Tuyet said.
According to Ms. Tuyet, last year the company cut the ABC bonus, causing her to lose nearly 3 million VND. This year, the company's union representative and employees proposed adding the ABC bonus in the middle of the year for the company to consider, and it was finally approved. "I am very happy that when the union spoke up, the company restored the ABC bonus. If this bonus had been included, my Tet bonus this year could have reached 21 million VND. With this amount of money, the whole family can rest assured to prepare for Tet" - Ms. Tuyet happily shared.
Tet bonus of 1 month basic salary for new workers
Youngone Nam Dinh Company Limited continuously extends the attractive Tet bonus policy for new workers. Accordingly, in November 2024, when new skilled workers start working, they will immediately receive one month of basic salary.

The company manufactures electronic components and equipment, so there is no distinction between gender or experience, which makes many workers prioritize their work.
Mr. Pham Van Trung (35 years old) - a worker at Sumidenso Vietnam Company shared that if the Tet bonus for new workers is so attractive, then workers currently working at the company will also be extremely secure.
“Although we have not officially announced the Tet bonus for old workers, we are very excited. New workers will receive 1 month of basic salary, old workers will probably receive more than that,” said Mr. Trung.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has just requested that trade unions at all levels proactively participate with employers to publicly announce plans for paying salaries and bonuses for Tet at least 30 days before Tet holiday, ensuring adequate benefits for union members and workers who work overtime, extra hours, and work during Tet.
