Enterprises with many workers keep bonuses the same as last year

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporters, the representative of Phong Thai Group's leadership said that the group will still maintain the Lunar New Year bonus of 1 month's salary for employees in 2025 as every year, so that employees have more conditions to take care of their lives. In addition, there are also Tet gifts from the union.
Similarly, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) said that on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, the company will still apply the same bonus level as last year in accordance with the policy established in the collective labor agreement. Accordingly, employees who work for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100% of their salary, equivalent to 1 month's salary. Employees who work for an additional year will receive an additional 5% and the highest level is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.
Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited also decided to give a bonus of 200,000 VND/person for the 2025 New Year.
