Of which, unskilled workers have a need to find a job of 3,070 people, accounting for 19.9% of the total demand for job. Next is the footwear and garment sector with 2,964 people, accounting for 19.21% of total demand. Third is the food and beverage sector with 1,106 job seekers, accounting for 7.17%. At the very least, the health and wellness sectors, with 10 people looking for jobs, account for 0.06%.
On the other hand, in terms of finding people, unskilled workers are also at the top with a recruitment demand of 10,319 people, accounting for 55.81% of total demand.

The footwear and garment sector has a recruitment demand of 2,042 people, accounting for 11.04% and ranking second in the total recruitment demand. The food and beverage sector ranked third with a recruitment demand of 1,726 people, accounting for 9.33%. The lowest recruitment demand in October 2025 is the pedagogical and educational sector with 3 people, accounting for 0.02%.
Thus, October 2025 continues to be the month with higher recruitment demand than job search demand.
