Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Chau is currently the Chairwoman of VNPT Dak Lak Trade Union.
In recent times, Ms. Chau and the grassroots union executive board have effectively implemented union activities, emulation movements, and cared for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. Thanks to that, it contributes to ensuring that the income of workers is higher next year than last year.
At VNPT Dak Lak, 100% of workers are admitted to the trade union; 100% of cadres, civil servants, and laborers fully participate in emulation movements launched by the superior trade union and the unit's trade union. In particular, movements and competitions such as: VNPT Smiles, VNPT Creativity; the movement "Good at public affairs, good at housework"... were widely participated by union members and workers, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere at the unit.
In 2024, VNPT Dak Lak Trade Union did a good job of visiting and supporting workers in difficult circumstances such as long-term illness, relatives of sick workers, sponsoring local social security activities... with a total amount of more than 1.016 billion VND.
In addition, VNPT Dak Lak Trade Union also proactively coordinates with the professional sector to effectively implement Directive No. 05-CT/BCT of the Politburo on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style".
VNPT Dak Lak Trade Union also proactively coordinates with the professional sector to successfully organize annual labor conferences, propagate and educate workers about obligations, responsibilities and benefits according to the contents of the chapters and regulations of the Labor Code; supplement articles in collective labor agreements, supplement some internal regulations such as democratic regulations; regulations on management of the use of welfare funds, regulations on salary payment according to products and services...
